Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

• Shipping costs are confirmed at checkout based on your location.
• Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
• We currently offer standard shipping only. Express shipping is not available at this time.
• During periods of high demand, delivery times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide! This includes Australia, the USA, and most countries across the globe. Orders are fulfilled via reputable regional carriers based on your delivery location. Some remote locations may have extended delivery times.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Iron Stride has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you have concerns.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this number on our order tracking page or the carrier's website to follow your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue promptly.

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Address changes after processing may incur additional fees or delays.
