RETURN & REFUND POLICY
30 Day Return Window We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase
For safety footwear: items may be tried on indoors on clean surfaces for fit assessment only. Boots showing signs of outdoor use, scuffing, or wear beyond fit-testing are not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return Contact us at contact@ironstride.online to request a return. Once approved, we'll provide the return address and shipping instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
For international returns (US, UK, EU, Canada): customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs or duties, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Damages & Defective Items Inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@ironstride.online so we can resolve the issue at no cost to you.
Exchanges To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item and place a new order once your return is accepted. If there is a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Warranty Where applicable, manufacturer warranties apply to our products. For safety footwear and tools, please retain your proof of purchase as it may be required for warranty claims. Contact us at contact@ironstride.online for warranty enquiries.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned:
- Sale items or gift cards
- Custom or personalised products
- Perishable goods
- Personal care or hygiene products
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Store credit may be offered as an alternative to a refund at your request.

European Union — 30-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return within 30 days for any reason, without justification, provided the item is in its original condition with tags and packaging, and you have proof of purchase.
Australian Consumer Law Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
