Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Australian public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Timeframes
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 8–16 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. IronStride has no control over these charges.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at contact@ironstride.online with your order number and photos of any damage.
Address Changes
Address changes after an order has been processed may incur additional fees or delays. Please contact us immediately at contact@ironstride.online if you need to update your delivery address.
